Your Life Path Message For The Month
This newsletter is arriving at the start of the Chinese New Year, the year of the Fire Horse — and it feels like the right moment to say this plainly:
You have a Superpower.
And chances are, it’s been hiding behind the very thing you’ve been afraid to look at.
While listening to a podcast recently, an old image surfaced for me ,the three monkeys: see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. We’re taught this as wisdom. But what if it’s the opposite? What if not seeing, not hearing, not speaking is exactly how we lose ourselves?
So many of us go quiet around the parts of us that we cannot accept because those parts make us feel we are different to others and it feels risky to let that be seen as we might be spoken about, looked at funny or judged as strange, too much, or not enough . So we turn away from them. We hide them and pretend they’re not there. And in doing that, we keep ourselves small and afraid which is great disservice to ourselves and to all those who need us to show up authentically as it allows them to see it’s okay and they can as well.
Clarity doesn’t come from hiding.
It comes from naming the thing we’re most scared to admit, that is our Superpower!
The last nine year cycle that we have completed has been a shedding. Like the Snake, layer by layer, identities loosening, skins falling away. Subtle. Sometimes uncomfortable. Necessary.
But this year is different.
The Fire Horse is movement. It’s momentum. It’s the moment you stop shrinking around your power and let it be seen, heard, spoken.
This is a one year. A beginning.
Not the year to perfect yourself ,the year to charge forward as you are.
Not the polished version.
Not the one you learned to tell to stay safe or accepted.
But the truer one ,the one that begins when you stop pretending you don’t see, hear, or feel what’s been calling you all along.
Are you ready to get clear on your Superpower and embrace it fully?
The Fire Horse doesn’t whisper.
It moves when the truth is spoken.
This is where we stop hiding it ,and let the next chapter be written from a place of honesty, power, and fire.

Lifepath 4- Temperance- “Are things feeling a bit wobbly?” - Have a peek at where you might be giving too much and bring things back into balance by removing the expectations of others or even those of yourself .Free yourself and be mindful of when you feel out of your depth and bring yourself back to the present moment and clarity.
Lifepath 5- Death- “What are you afraid of?” – Why are you hiding from dear one? It’s okay to remove the armour you are wearing to protect yourself. You are safe now and you are loved and protected. It’s time to integrate with the world around you again.
Lifepath 6- The World- “Whatever you touch turns to Gold” - It doesn’t matter what you choose to do, you cannot go wrong ! Everything will work out in the best possible way!
Lifepath 7- The Magician- “What are you creating?” - Your focus is super serious this month as you are determined to bring it all together. All those ideas from the Divine are now ready to be put together in the most magical way. Remember to look up and say thank you!
Lifepath 8- Eight of Swords- “Look up ! Look up! Look up !” - It’s time to get out of your head and notice the world around you. You are being offered a chance to create a new reality for yourself , one of stability and peace. However, you need to be open to receive this gift!

The Body Has a Message Are you listening?
The body is always responding to what we think, feel, and experience. Emotions don’t just stay in the mind ,they move through the body, shaping how we feel physically over time.
Often, the body gives us quiet clues before things feel overwhelming. Tension, fatigue, discomfort, or ongoing unease can be gentle signals that something within us needs attention. When these whispers are ignored for long periods, the body may speak more loudly through what we experience as dis-ease ,a sense that something is out of balance rather than at ease.
Learning to listen early, with curiosity instead of judgment, can help us reconnect with what the body is asking for and respond with care rather than force.
Inner Guidance for the Month
Holding this body–mind connection in awareness, I asked what wants to be acknowledged right now. The card that came through was Apricot from Inna Segal’s The Secret Language of Colour card deck.
Apricot carries the energy of joy, vitality, and lightness. It supports the release of heavy or burdensome energy and gently helps dissolve fear and anxiety. This colour invites laughter, warmth, and a renewed zest for life , especially when things have felt dense or serious for too long.
Many people are moving through heightened levels of fear and uncertainty at the moment. Fear can quietly drain our energy, make us doubt ourselves, and leave us feeling powerless or stuck. Over time, living in a constant state of fear can pull us away from our natural state of trust, ease, and self-belief.
When fear dominates and we disconnect from our inner sense of safety, the body can begin to reflect that stress. This doesn’t mean fear causes illness, but prolonged stress and emotional strain are often reflected in the body through tension, inflammation, digestive discomfort, recurring infections, or chronic pain patterns.
The invitation this month is to gently return to your own energy ,to listen, soften, and bring yourself back into a state of presence and care.
A Simple Grounding Practice for Fear
When you notice fear starting to take over, pause for a moment and try this:
If you can, step outside.
Feel the earth beneath your feet.
Take a slow breath in through your nose for a count of three.
Exhale gently through your mouth for a count of five.
Repeat this a few times.
Look around and notice something you can see — a tree, the sky, a flower, a building.
Listen for a sound — a bird, the wind, distant voices, or passing traffic.
Place one hand on your heart and softly say to yourself:
I am safe.
I am protected.
I am loved.
Life has my back.
Even small moments of grounding can help calm the nervous system and remind the body that it is supported.
